The story behind the name "Oh Hello Kiwi" is inspired by small moments of happiness. While reading “Love For Imperfect Things” by Haemin Sunim, I was struck by the idea that little things, like yellow and orange peppers, can bring great joy. For me, it's the chirps of early birds, long eyelashes on children, and kiwis.
Kiwi fruits, though small, brighten my day and delight my taste buds with their fuzzy exterior and bright interior. Whenever something delightful or surprising happens, I greet it with “Oh hello!”—like a rainbow after rain or my son’s chunky thighs during a diaper change. This simple phrase captures my sense of wonder and delight.
